Margot Zielinska is a Business Psychologist and a Coach with experience in assessment, selection, leadership and personal development, training and coaching. She has worked with a number of clients in Europe and the Middle East, in both public and private sectors; designing and delivering bespoke assessment and development programs as well as providing coaching for individuals. 

Margot holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology, the BPS accredited Masters in Organisational Psychology and a Coaching Diploma. She is the BPS Level A and B certified to administer and interpret psychometric instruments. Her professional affiliations and memberships include: Association for Coaching, The British Psychological Society - Division of Occupational Psychology and Special Group of Coaching Psychology. Margot is fluent in French & Polish and is currently attempting to learn Arabic.
